Created for an extensive use of charge and discharge, the Ferroflex retractile waterproof is the more suitable for industrial buildings which want to insulate the goods entrance/exit area from other areas with temperature control or with maximal guarantees of hygiene for the goods handling. Avoiding for instance the entry of polluting smokes or loss of temperature, as well as drafts. The present effective character of the retractile waterproof consists of its capacity to absorb the knocks given by trucks during their approaches to the dock.

Technical description

Front and rear galvanized metal frames, which are joined together by diagonal arms which allow it to curl up on itself after any pressure (for instance when the truck moves back to the dock) and it takes back its natural position as soon as there is no pressure.

The front panel of retractile waterproof is made of flexible black PVC with nylon internal reinforcements; two individual parts in lateral sides and one part in the top.

On its superior circumference as well as on both lateral sides, the retractile waterproof is covered with a curtain made of polyester mixed and bathed in black color flexible PVC, offering it a high resistance and fireproofs M2. This curtain is fixed to the structure using an extruded aluminum platen, to facilitate the replacement of the curtain during the repair.

The lateral locks are identified by a fringe of yellow color to facilitate the coupling up of vehicles with the lifting platforms.
